Overview:

309 MVT is a three-level, 6,000 sq ft residence set within Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, designed with a stronger emphasis on contrast and livability. Six bedrooms are distributed to create both privacy and flow, while the core of the home is defined by open gathering spaces that connect directly to the outdoors. Frontier stone and clear cedar give the exterior a grounded, tactile presence, sharpened by steel detailing, while inside, wire-brushed white oak and plaster walls keep the palette clean and controlled. Large-format Andersen windows frame the surrounding terrain without overpowering the interiors, and an in-ground outdoor spa anchors the home as a year-round retreat. The result is a space that feels composed but lived-in; built for hosting, but equally for slowing down.
