Position Overview

Candidates with lead carpenter experience and the ability to train others may be eligible for a company truck.

Position Overview
This role includes operating end dump trucks, semi side dump trucks, and concrete delivery vehicles to transport materials safely and efficiently. The driver will help keep job sites moving by supporting aggregate, concrete, and bulk material deliveries across custom residential construction projects.

The right candidate should be confident operating heavy-duty trucks, communicating with site supervisors, performing inspections, and following safety standards in active construction zones.

Responsibilities
Operate end dump trucks, semi side dump trucks, and concrete delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials including gravel, sand, concrete, and other bulk supplies
Conduct pre-trip inspections, including brakes, lights, tires, hydraulic systems, and equipment condition
Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, mileage, fuel, and maintenance needs
Coordinate with site supervisors and equipment operators to support jobsite schedules
Follow all safety protocols for trucking, material delivery, and construction site access
Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements
Valid CDL A license required
Minimum 1 year holding a CDL A
Minimum 1 year experience driving manual transmission
Manual endorsement required
Experience operating dump trucks, semi side dumps, concrete mixers, or similar heavy-duty trucks
Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures
Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
Mechanical knowledge of truck systems, hydraulics, and basic repairs preferred
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a team
